23 weeks on the 23rd of June.

How far along?: 23 weeks and 1 day.

How big is baby?: 11.5 inches. Almost a foot long!! About the size of a large mango... weighing about 1.1 lb!

Morning sickness?: Not in the morning...more like in the afternoon.

Cravings?: Chocolate donuts!!

Aversions?: Orange juice.

Mood swings?: Ask Daniel.

Weight gain/loss?: 112.0 lbs now! 16 lbs of weight gain so far.

Eating?: Eating fine.

Wedding ring on or off?: Still on! :)

Maternity clothes?: If we go out anywhere lol. But I'm usually at home all day so I stay in tshirts and sweatpants...

Stretch marks?: None yet! Daniel and I look everyday to check lol.

Sleep?: It's been difficult to fall asleep recently and the heartburn has gotten worse.

Best moment this week?: The baby showers were so much fun!! Spending time with our families has been great. We cherish the quality time with them all since it has become so rare for us now that we live in Texas.

Movement?: Yes, it has been so cool!! This little boy is so active. Especially in the mornings. A few times, his activity has caused me to be nauseous but only for briefs moments. And baby boy favors being on the right side and is sitting very low still!

 Gender?: Boy :)

Labor signs?: Braxton Hicks almost every other day.

Belly button - in or out?: In. Barely...it is definitely looking different and starting to poke out a little bit.

Showing?: Most definitely. Two people have already recognized me as actually pregnant instead of just staring and wondering if I'm just a little chubby.

Happy or moody most of the time?: Happy :) We are home with family! Doesn't get much better than this!

What I miss?: Wearing a size small.

What I am looking forward to?: Daniel and I are both very excited to get the baby's room set up and ready! Right now, it is cluttered with stuff and boxes.

Milestones?: I have come to accept the fact that I'm showing...a lot! And there's no covering it up anymore. Even t-shirts won't hide the big belly! And being recognized by strangers as being pregnant versus being chubby is a milestone, I would say.

Anything making you queasy or sick?: Nothing that I can think of...

Upcoming appointments/events?: My July check up appointment is coming up and we have no "events" coming up. We are looking forward to being home to relax and not leave the house for days at a time lol!

Georgia summer visit and 22 weeks!

Original written on Wednesday, the 18th.

Best visit home yet!! We love coming home and we are so thankful that we are able to visit family and friends for the summer. This visit has been an enjoyable time and not very stressful.

Our families have been so wonderful to us and we cannot wait to introduce our baby boy to everyone at Christmas time!

While in Georgia, my tummy grew SO much, oh my! I cannot believe it. It has become impossible to "suck it in" now and my abs are non existent...as if they were even there before ha!

Toblakai has also done some growing as well! In an attempt to avoid unnecessary weight gain, we feed Toblakai using this treat ball. We refrain from actual treats and just use his food as motivation and for training. Well, while staying at my in-laws, Toblakai discovered how to get the ball unstuck while chasing it around! This is significant for me, because it saves me time "rescuing" his ball. When he was younger, he'd get it stuck under a table or something and come running back as if to say, "Help! It's stuck! Get it for me!" But now, he can do it on his own :) He's growing up so fast!! ;P

I am late with my weekly post because we have just been too busy ;)

Unfortunately, we leave in the early morning tomorrow to drive back to Texas :( we are going to miss everyone dearly but cannot wait for visitors that are going to come out and see us in Texas before and after the baby's arrival ;)

Cravings?: Chicken noodle soup.

Aversions?: None.

Mood swings?: Mer, yep! :/

Weight gain/loss?: 112.4 lbs - total weight gain of 15.8 lbs! Yuck.

Eating?: I've been eating too much while on vacation here in ga...family has been spoiling us! ;P

Wedding ring on or off?: On; barely. My fingers are getting a little chubby and taking my ring off at the nail salon was a small challenge.

Maternity clothes?: Yep! But not all the time.

Stretch marks?: Nope.

Twenty one!

Eighteen hours from Texas to Georgia!

It was a long drive but our puppy, Toblakai, did so well despite being sick! :( Poor baby!! He started throwing up the day we started packing and we stopped at a vet on the way to Georgia. The vet was in Jackson, MS. He was an incredible doctor!! So thankful we found him on google and so thankful he took great care of our boy :)

The ride made me uncomfortable in my legs and hips but the trip was enjoyable.

We are loving this time with family!!

How far along?: 21 weeks.

How big is baby?: ~10.5 inches. About the size of a banana!!

Morning sickness?: Only if I get hungry enough to be nauseous.

Cravings?: Chick-fil-a cookies 'n cream milkshake.

Aversions?: Nope.

Mood swings?: Yes.

Weight gain/loss?: 107.6 lbs. for a total of 11 lb weight gain! Holy moly big baby!

Eating?: I've been eating too much recently...

Wedding ring on or off?: On.

Maternity clothes?: Occasionally.

Stretch marks?: None yet.

Sleep?: I feel like I'm not getting enough!

Best moment this week?: The gender reveal party was a blast!

Movement?: Everyday :) it's so cool!! I want to share it with whomever wants to feel it and sometimes I think family members get tired of me telling them to feel him moving lol.

Friday night, we had the pleasure of announcing to friends and family what baby P is going to be by way of a Gender Reveal Party - really, it was a great excuse to get everyone together the night after we got into town ;)

There were a slew of pictures taken at the party, but these are the only ones I have received so far: ENJOY!

P.S. Rest assured, we will not be naming him "Harry"! ;)

Retreat was good. It's work for Daniel but it's also a mini vacay for us. We left Toblakai with a dog sitter and that was tough! I hated leaving him.

We are now in Georgia with family :) so excited to be here and so thankful for all the love surrounding us!

How far along?: 20 weeks. NO WAY! Halfway there... :O

How big is baby?:
6.5 inches. About the size of a small cantaloupe. Weighing about 10.6 oz. I'm measuring right around 20 weeks so everything looks good with growth.

Morning sickness?: No. Night sickness almost every night this week though :/

Cravings?: Preztels and popsicles.

Aversions?: Nope.

Mood swings?: Mer.

Weight gain/loss?: I'm currently 106.6 lbs. So that's a gain of 10 lbs?!!!!!! :O doctor says about one pound per week from here on out. Let's hope no more than that!!

Eating?: Even when I eat a normal amount (1 serving), I feel very full!!

Wedding ring on or off?: On.

Maternity clothes?: Some days, yes :)

Stretch marks?: Nope.

Sleep?: We have been extremely busy and it has made me extremely exhausted! And not sleeping well has not helped :/

Best moment this week?: We went to Lakeway Resort and Spa for a retreat with Daniel's job and it was a nice getaway.

Movement?: All. The. Time! :) And we've laid in bed, watching my stomach bounce lol. But now, baby P has started kicking/pushing my bladder! It is pretty painful...

 Gender?: We will find out this Thursday and our gender reveal party is going to be Friday!! So close.

Labor signs?: I feel Braxton Hicks everyday. They are very weird and kind of uncomfortable.

Belly button - in or out?: In.

Showing?: Most definitely!

Happy or moody most of the time?: I've been moody. We had a lot of "bumps in the road" during out recent trip. And to end the trip out fantastic (sarcasm) the A/C in our not-even-two-years-old car went out!

What I miss?: I still miss sleep - don't think that will ever change. Even after I'm no longer pregnant ;)

What I am looking forward to?: Revealing the gender!

Milestones?: Didn't really have any this week...
